Are you still operating with the Covid-19 situation?
Yes, we absolutely are! We take as many precautions as we can with your repair, including a contact free repair.
How much does it cost?
Our all-inclusive prices are very competitive, with prices starting at just $60. The price that you see upon booking is all that you will pay, unless we identify any further issues with your device (we will always seek your approval before completing any excess work). You can see all of our pricing on the Product pages of our website.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made via our website, particularly if you are wishing to utilise our Buy Now Pay Later options or Bank Deposit, or is made to the repairer after your repair is completed via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or cash. Our no-fix no-fee policy means you’ll only be charged if we fix your device, and the price you see on our website is the price you pay– no call-out fees and no hidden extra costs!
Are repairs guaranteed?
Absolutely! iFix Phone Repair uses the highest quality parts and we offer a 3 month warranty on all parts and repairs.
Can I get my device repaired today?
If you are hoping to have your device repaired today, please send us a message through the Chat feature, or through the contact us section of our website. Most of the time, we can accomodate same day Repair’s, but sometimes we are just too busy but will fit you in as soon as possible!
I’m not sure what model of iPhone/iPad I have?
Thats ok. If you provide us with the model number on the back of the device, or in Settings-General-About, we can work it out from there!
